We are seeking a talented attorney to support Amazon Advertising's rapidly growing and evolving business.Principal duties will include:* Partner with business clients to launch new advertising initiatives* Counsel on regulatory matters* Structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, ranging from standard commercial contracts to strategic deals.* Provide day-to-day advice and counselingBASIC QUALIFICATIONS* JD degree from an accredited law school and active membership in one state bar is required* Minimum 2 full years of legal experience (with at least two years at a law firm) as a transactional attorneyPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS* In-house experience is a plus* Regulatory experience* Ability to work independently and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations* Excellent communication, organizational, analytical and computer skillsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
