This role will require local travel to other corporate locations. This is a full time, benefits eligible opportunity with primarily Monday - Friday hours. Digital Marketing | Social Media | Email Marketing | Demand Generation | B2B | B2C The ideal candidate has a strong background in digital marketing and demand generation, including experience with email marketing (CRM), social media advertising, and campaign management in both the B2B and direct-to-consumer space. + Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns for B2B and B2C businesses across the customer lifecycle (with emphasis on email) + Work with business leaders to develop incremental revenue generating campaigns from existing database of customers and prospects + Track, analyze, and interpret key metrics like CTR, CPA and other engagement rates on all campaigns to provide actionable insights + Drive transactions through established e-commerce platforms such as online parts stores, service appointment schedulers and third party marketplaces such as Amazon + Other e-commerce and website projects related to the All Roads business plan Requirements Include: + 2-5 years of experience creating and executing digital marketing campaigns + Experience managing and growing an audience (demand generation) + Ability to analyze marketing campaigns and set up and run A/B testing to enhance productivity and customer engagement + Excellent written and verbal communication skills, specifically writing and editing for public consumption + Experience with email marketing automation programs, HTML, and email marketing software platforms + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail + Proven track record creating impactful and attention-grabbing ad creatives and email templates.
