We are looking for a strong strategic marketer to drive the Security, Compliance & Identity (SCI) business for the Enterprise Commercial (EC) segment in the US. USM executes company strategy and priorities that enable us to achieve our business goals with a focus on B2B customer engagement by developing and executing on go-to-market programs (GTMs), Marketing Campaigns, and a Field Operating Model. Driving a common operating model across the US subsidiary ensures consistent, measurable execution and landing of priorities.**Role Scope:**The Modern Work, Surface & Security team in the US M is responsible for the business strategy and integrated marketing plans for the Microsoft 365, Teams, Surface and Security businesses. We are looking for an experienced and driven marketing professional to grow SCI revenue and consumption in the US by successfully driving sales and adoption of Microsoft's SCI offerings.This is a highly visible role that is expected to own the SCI Enterprise Commercial go-to-market across the US Enterprise Commercial business and to track and distill insights that impact business performance. She/He will develop and own recommendations and strategy adjustments to ensure successful outcomes for this business and will represent the business to senior leaders.**Responsibilities**Primary responsibilities include:+ Marketing & Evangelism+ Plan & orchestrate SCI EC Marketing strategy & execution with WW GTM with local channels, market moments, and customer insights.+ Drive seller awareness & usage of sales plays, assets, and the business value programs to land strong execution.+ Plan and execute Field readiness working in partnership product leads and WW role leads.+ Partner with CMO and field teams to drive SCI at key industry moments+ Identify & secure/develop customer evidence+ Act as the voice of the field by ensuring timely updates / feedback and capture execution and market insights.+ Maintain product knowledge and evangelize the product internally and externally+ Business management+ Manage the business priorities and drive an all-green SCI Scorecard working with finance partners+ Interpret revenue & scorecard results coupled with field insights to drive growth+ Manage monthly & quarterly business reporting, ensuring accuracy of information and insights**Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS**+ 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing required with a proven track record of delivering tangible business results.+ A passion for technology _and_ sales with the ability to clearly articulate solutions in a business and customer-centric manner; knowledge Security, Compliance and/or Identity business preferred.+ Strong analytical skills to analyze business performance, identify market opportunity and develop useful insights from data.+ Ability to view a business holistically end-to-end across Marketing and Sales.+ Proven ability to influence without authority, collaborate effectively, and lead virtual teams+ Exceptionally strong communication & interpersonal skills; experience presenting to senior leaders.+ Ability to handle and thrive in ambiguous business situations.+ This role will require some domestic travelMicrosoft is an equal opportunity employer.
