The team has assisted hundreds of companies across all industries in improving and/or operating their third party risk programs. The Third Party as a Service (TPRaaS) Service Delivery Team is an organization dedicated within Americas Managed Services to provide clients a variety of solutions such as third party risk assessment, program management, and data analytics. TPRM is one of the fastest growing businesses in EY and an amazing opportunity to join a dynamic organization.**Your key responsibilities**You will operate as an Engagement Leader which will responsibility for overall client engagement and product execution for one or two TPRM programs. This includes working with client TPRM teams to schedule and execute a variety of activities related to third party risk assessment. You will lead a group of US-based and offshore resources, who together work on product delivery. As the engagement lead, you will be accountable for all engagement success factors, including, client satisfaction, financial performance, and the timeliness and quality of EY's services.In addition, you are part of a growing business where there will be opportunities to support go-to-market efforts, product offering development, and other improvement initiatives intended to help both client and EY optimize the delivery process.**Skills and attributes for success**+ Demonstrate and apply a thorough understanding of third party risk management, with specific focus on information security, data protection, resiliency, and other key operational risks associated with procurement+ Ability to oversee, manage and prioritize daily work of individual workstreams associated with delivery of contracted managed service, including coordinating and managing service delivery teams to maintain continuous delivery+ Manage challenging stakeholders within suppliers and customers+ Manage concurrent activities with tight deliverables and a strong attention to detail+ Proactive resource management, including scheduling of work coverage and backup support, to achieved desired result+ Work in a global delivery model+ Process management experience to understand timeliness and quality measures, conduct root cause, and implement corrective action+ Contract risk and performance management, including managing to service level agreements+ Identify and mitigate risks that may impact service delivery and client satisfaction+ Communicate issues and risks to project teams and stakeholders to provide visibility, facilitate resolution and escalate when necessary**To qualify for the role you must have**+ A bachelor's or master's degree+ A minimum of 2 years of experience working within a third party risk management oversight role and/or third party risk assessor within industry, a professional services firm, and/or accounting firm+ We would expect for you to be available to travel outside of their assigned office location at least 25% of the time+ Successful candidates must work in excess of standard hours when necessary.+ A valid passport is required.**Ideally, you'll also have**+ A bachelor's or master's degree in business, supply chain management, finance, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline+ CISA, CISSP, CISM, CBCP, CIA, CIPP, CGEIT certification is desired; non-certified hires are required to become certified to be eligible for promotion to Manager.**What we look for**We're looking for passionate leaders with strong vision and a desire to stay on top of trends in the third party risk industry and be part of building something that has never been done before.
