For more information, please visit our website at .Project Summary:MSI is recruiting a Project Manager to handle operational, financial, contractual, and administrative management of USAID field and other potential USG projects in the Latin American region, and potentially provide proposal support.**Please note: US work authorization is required for this position.**Position Summary:The Project Manager will support the management of all contractual, financial, and logistical aspects of the project. The Project Manager will provide critical support to ensure that program activities are completed correctly and in a timely manner. They will possess knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience to use independent judgment in the performance of their duties and be capable of carrying out work with little guidance or supervision. This position will report to the Senior Project Manager.Responsibilities:Manage project finances (including level of effort usage) and approval requirements, track incoming costs, project future expenditures, and prepare financial reports.Track and ensure on-time completion of client deliverables and other tasks across multiple ongoing activities.Coordinate contractual and financial matters for the project, including managing subcontractors.Participate in the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of short-term technical consultants and local staff.Coordinate logistics and travel for home office employees and short-term technical consultants.Collaborate with the full MSI project team, including the Technical Director, Technical Manager, and Senior Project Manager, to ensure timely, high quality deliverables, including but not limited to evaluation reports, design proposals, and presentations.Participate in the formatting and editing of deliverables, ensuring USAID branding and high-quality visuals are incorporated.Support technical work as required.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree preferred.Minimum two years of relevant work experience required.Excellent budgeting and financial management skills preferred.Familiarity with FAR and USAID regulations strongly preferred.Experience in recruiting and hiring preferred.Ability to work collaboratively and build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills required.Excellent writing and editing skills.Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities.Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel required.Fluency in Spanish or French preferred.MSI is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
