We do more so that our customers can do more.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the design, implementation, and execution of a variety of Storage features.Ensure software changes improve quality, performance, and reliability of the system.Participate in code reviews for other team members.Participate in On Call rotations to support live site and drive engineered solutions to improve customer experiences.Learn with the team and adopt relevant new technologies, tools, methods, and processes.QualificationsRequired Qualifications2+ years of professional software development experience.S. in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent industry experience; higher degrees and/or specialized work in distributed systems are welcomed.Passionate about writing code and proficiency in C#, C++, Java, or other object-oriented programming languages.Demonstrated problem solving, coding, and debugging skills.DevOps experience working with git and systems like GitHub, Azure DevOps, or GitLab.Experience with cross-team collaboration.Preferred QualificationsExperience implementing REST APIs.Experience with PowerShell or other scripting languages.Experience with multi-threaded/parallel programming.A strong background in data structures, algorithms, and analysis of algorithm complexity.Experience planning, scheduling, and delivering quality software.Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) and a desire to collaborate.Security Clearance Requirements:Candidates must be able to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements that are required for this role.
