Vinton Schafer & Sons, a division of Quandel of Enterprises, offers complete project services from planning and estimating to construction supervision. J. Vinton Schafer & Sons is currently searching for an experienced Carpenter in Abingdon, MD to work in our newly developed Small Projects division. Position Description Position responsibilities will include: Work with the Foreman and other carpenters in a team approach to ensure work is completed on-time Deliver high quality workmanship to exceed the expectations of our valued customers Perform various tasks as required on a job by job basis Maintain Quandel's 27 Safety Rules at all times with our own team members, as well as subcontractors. The Lead Foreman should run his/her jobs in accordance with OSHA standards and communicate all Quandel and OSHA standards to team members.
