Job Description: Work with prior sales customers and service customers to generate sales opportunities. You will need to be comfortable talking to anyone and everyone to provide information on new vehicles and pair customers with sales staff to discuss upgrade and trade-in options. Responsibilities: * Log all customer interactions into the CRM. * Assist with internet leads as needed. * Make outbound phone calls, send emails/texts notifying customers of potential vehicle upgrade opportunities. * Set sales appointments for customers to upgrade vehicle. * Be able to discuss the customer's opportunity in detail. * Update customer records in database. * Respond to customer requests. * Notify necessary departments/managers of any customer concerns. Requirements: * Ability to establish rapport with customers in person and over the phone. * Outgoing, friendly and motivated with professional communication and customer service skills. * Strong organizational and computer skills. * Professional appearance.
