What You ll Do:Stanley Black & Decker is seeking a multi-talented Digital Designer to join our in-house Global Customer Experience Studio team. This role will focus on generating on-brand digital creative to support our many brands owned and paid media strategies.We are seeking a self-motivated, strategic thinker who enjoys creative problem solving while working closely with brand, copy, photo, video, customer journey, media, UX, web, and insights teams to create world-class digital experiences. The ideal candidate will have a strong design aesthetic with the ability to visually communicate a message clearly and creatively. This individual should be comfortable ideating and executing design for web, email, social, and paid media. Translate business goals and initiatives into compelling, innovative, and clear digital communication. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, photo, video, media, web, and marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns and customer journeys across all digital platforms.Design landing pages, web assets, emails, social posts, digital ads, and ecommerce graphics. Prepare files for development when applicable.Utilize typography, photography, video, and other elements to create cohesive and branded assets across all properties.
