Job SummaryCore BTS is searching for an experienced B2B Marketing Coordinator to join our growing marketing team. This role will assist in content creation, lead generation campaigns, partnership activities, and more. As part of our lead generation team, you will help navigate the complexities of B2B marketing to engage prospects and drive them to action. In your daily duties, you could be interviewing subject matter experts to write copy for banner ads or blogs, planning and building email cadences to nurture prospects and more. If you thrive on variety and enjoy learning and doing new things, then this role is perfect for you.Essential DutiesAssist in preparation of quarterly and annual campaigns, working closely with internal teams and partners to execute on goals, as well as updating reports to measure success Support the planning and execution of various marketing activities including email campaigns, search engine marketing, display advertising, paid social, webinars, partner events, and online and offline campaigns Assist in developing compelling content like blogs, eBooks, white papers, and more - working closely with writers, designers and agencies as needed Support market research initiatives to identify target accounts, industry trends, and high-value content opportunities Continuously develop and update marketing assets including sales presentations, sales collateral, email templates, landing pages, and social media content Support strategic partnership activities, including updating KPI reports and budget claims. Other duties as assigned Required Skills2-3 years of marketing experience, B2B environment preferred BA/BS in Marketing, Business or related discipline is preferred, but proven experience with a history of continuous learning will also be accepted Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to work effectively across internal and external groups in a fast-paced work environment Detail and process-oriented, ability to deal with ambiguity and meet deadlines a must Working knowledge of marketing automation platforms like HubSpot Experience with Account Based Marketing tools like Triblio, Bombora, and ZoomInfo a plus Experience with lead generation tools like Outgrow a plus Experience with Microsoft Office apps (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) is a must Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills About Core BTS, Inc.Core BTS is an award-winning IT consulting firm and managed services provider dedicated to problem solving.
