In this critical role, you'll have high visibility and exposure within the business, collaborate with subject matter experts both within Finance and across the company.What you'll do:As our Financial Planning Analyst, you will assist in the evolution and maintenance of a detailed financial model that captures underlying business dynamics, analyzing and explaining variances from expectations, and performing analyses that will assist in the management of the company. You'll work with leaders and pertinent decision-makers across the organization to understand key drivers in all aspects of the business and translate that into the company's financial model.Your role will make important contributions that will help the company evaluate its performance, highlight risks and opportunities, and recommend and implement changes that will positively drive improvements in our growth and profitability. You must be comfortable gathering and handling confidential information, understanding complex interrelationships, and developing projections with strong quantitative and conceptual underpinnings. Further, the position will require meeting tight deadlines for the many people relying on your work, so attention to detail, good time management and grace under pressure will be important.Additionally, as part of the Finance team, you will assist on ad hoc projects, such as valuations of new business opportunities, as well as ongoing efforts to drive continuous improvements in the accuracy and sophistication of our financial analysis, the impact of our internal reporting and KPIs, and the effectiveness of our working relationships across all sectors of the company.
