This position is responsible for the Design and Development Oversight Authority of the Center of Excellence for our Salesforce platform. As the Solutions Architect, you will provide thought leadership and will help build the Salesforce product roadmap.RequirementsWhat you'll be responsible for:Ensuring that all the new functionalities are built with Salesforce standard features and Quantic target technology architectureEstablishing and controlling technical definitions, rules, principles, and standardsAssessing, reviewing and decisioning on all solution architecture designsDelivering compelling presentations, architectural blueprint documents, environment management plan, development policy and participate in requirements-gathering workshops to influence the strategic direction of projects and lead business through solution designExecution of best practice standards: design, coding, environment, dataTechnical leadership and mentoring of Salesforce administrator Documenting any newly developed functionality in solution designsPartnering end-to-end with Business Stakeholders to understand business requirements and process flows and translate them into Salesforce technology solutionsManaging all Quantic architecture artifactsOngoing application rationalization and simplification of user experienceDemonstrate a strong command of technical details to translate proposed solutions into functional specifications Manage technical delivery of custom development, integrations and data migration elements of Salesforce implementationAdvise on Cloud-based solution designWhat you'll need to be successful:Education: 4-year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field6+ years Salesforce experience - Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales and Service Clouds Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Platform App Builder, Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant Experience in designing Salesforce with end-to-end implementation experienceExperience leading solutions design sessions, ability to ask hard questions during those sessions and suggest best practices and efficient ways of implementing business processesStrong Salesforce development and configuration knowledge for example VisualForce, Lightning web components, Apex triggers, Apex Web services, Flow, Workflow, Process builder, APIs, AppExchange deployment and Salesforce s-controlsKnowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems as well as working with integration toolsAbility to define system landscape, identify gaps between current and desired future stateUnderstanding of Salesforce architecture, ability to design scalable solution and best practicesFamiliarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth)Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce environment management, release management, code versioning best practices and deployment methodologiesUnderstanding of data sharing and visibility considerations and how they play into platform architectureExcellent analytical and detail-oriented skills with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models and technologiesDeep hands-on expertise in Salesforce configuration and development
