Due to recent acquisitions within our growing company, All Roads is searching for an energetic, detail oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Dundalk, MD! We have over 750 employees within 10 states and 35 rooftops. This is a fast-paced environment where you can make an immediate impact! This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level and works closely with senior HR leadership in supporting initiatives within the business. You will carry out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, and employment law compliance. Ideal candidate will have strong benefits and leave administration experience.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations at the direction of the HR Director. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper withholdings.Monthly benefit invoice reconciliation. Performs positive and timely customer service functions by answering employee requests, questions and proactively finding solutions.Completes Forms I-9, verifies I-9 documentation and maintains I-9 files. Submits online investigation requests and assists with new-employee background checks and entry in HRIS systems.Reports, maintains and monitors all workers' compensation case files.Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Flexible hours of work between 7:30 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday.TravelOccasional travel to other company locations may be required, approximately 10%.Required Education And ExperienceBachelor's degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience.Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) - strong Excel.3+ years of experiencePreferred Education And ExperienceSHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) credential or PHR.Experience with ADP software.Work Authorization/Security ClearanceAll Roads Company does not provide H1-B sponsorship.
