Our client in Lorton, VA is seeking a Graphic Designer / Proposal Coordinator to join their extensive team. In this role, you will implement marketing communication projects including company website, advertising, and corporate giveaways. You will also assist in the preparation of proposals and presentations using new and existing materials such as company boilerplate, portfolios, project photographs, and reports. Daily Responsibilities:MARKETING DUTIES:- Prepare and update company marketing materials including project portfolios and boilerplate documents- Prepare new graphic layouts for advertisements and blog postings- Update and maintain corporate graphic standards- Develop new corporate logos- Apply for copyright and trademark protection- Coordinate and direct professional photo shoots documenting completed projectsBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DUTIES:- Prepare and log assessment of potential project solicitations- Maintain sales report containing status of current and past proposal efforts- Create custom info-graphics for proposal and marketing purposes- Track, manage, and re-design incoming sub-contractor proposal materials- Proof read all proposal documents and recommend edit revisions- Manage documents, print, compile, and page check final proposals for submission- Create PowerPoint presentations for client interviews and conference sessions- Coordinate / expedite exchange of information with supporting roles such as estimators or purchasing- Input data to sales / marketing database in Access or ACT- Review daily leads sites such as RFP Leads, beta.sam.gov, and FedConnectRequirements:- Bachelor's degree is Graphic Design- Professional level skills in MS Office to include PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel.- Professional level knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.- Professional level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Job Requirements:Requirements:- Bachelor's degree is Graphic Design- Professional level skills in MS Office to include PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel.- Professional level knowledge of Adobe Acrobat Pro.- Professional level knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
