THIS IS A FULL TIME ROLE and we cannot do C2C. This role requires US Citizenship. The Access Management (IAM) Engineer will serve as the technical expert responsible for application integration, support, design and implementation of access enterprise platforms within the authentication and identity lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be able to design, develop, test and maintain solutions that exceed our customers' needs.Our team services some of the largest organizations in the world from the Fortune 500 to the most secure government customers. As an identity and access management engineer, you will work with our customers to develop leading edge identity and access management solutions to help protect them from adversaries and to provide an excellent user experience for their teams. Programs will range from designing and deploying Zero Trust architectures to enabling customer applications to assisting in building our own SaaS delivered IAM solution.Responsibilities:Manage access management platform integrationsServe as a key member of the Access Management implementation teamPartner with internal and external teams to expand our managed services and customer implementationsParticipate in business process evaluation/improvement activities and requirements gatheringParticipate in system implementationsExecute projects based on these activitiesMaintain access platform, performing upgrades and required patchesWhat you'll need:3 to 5 years' experience with Authentication technologies including PingFederate, PingID, MFA, AzureAD and/or CA SiteminderMinimum of 3 years' experience leading technical initiativesSolid understanding of Identity Management (IDM), Single Sign On (SSO) and security conceptsExpert knowledge of authentication with hands-on implementation experience with SAML, OAuth2, MFA, and OpenID Connect (OIDC)Demonstrated understanding of Identity and Access Management business processesDemonstrated Web development experience with Java, REST and JSONScripting and automation experience to support automated deploymentsExpertise in data and problem analysis, creative problem solving and design thinking Desired Characteristics:4-year Computer Science degree (or other technical field) or 4+ years of Information Systems experience, preferredKnowledge of monitoring tools and logging frameworksSeven (7) or more years of broad IT experience in a field such as application development, infrastructure management, or related fields in addition to experience in Security technologiesExperience with Web applications servers and web servicesStrong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies demonstrated through training, job experience and/or industry activitiesStrong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sourcesStrong communication skillsAbility to work across multiple projects simultaneouslyExperience working with customers and vendors to carry out proof of concepts and design discussionsExperience presenting solutions and research to stakeholdersDemonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer; builds strong customer relationships and creates processes with customer viewpointStrong analytical skills - strong problem-solving skills, communicates in a clear and succinct manner and effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolveAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability or protected veteran status, or any other legally protected basis, in accordance with applicable law.
