As a world leader in the Operations Technology (OT) field, OSI develops and supplies state-of-the-art energy management, optimization and control software solutions to energy utility companies worldwide.Our Government Services team in Fort Meade, MD is in need of a project manager to help guide our local team to meet the needs of our largest DoD client. Responsibilities will include project management, customer management, and site management, as we expand to meet the needs of our client. We are seeking a results-driven project manager to join our growing organization. Candidates must possess strong organizational and communication skills and work proficiently both individually and in teams.As a Project Manager You Will Have The Following ResponsibilitiesIn this position you will oversee the design, implementation, execution, and maintenance of the client's electrical SCADA System that monitors and controls electrical power across their local campus and enterprise sites around the globe. You will also serve as the point of contact for contractors and liaise between the local team and remote offices. Specific on-the-job training will be provided.Set the strategy for projects based on the business unit, site, and customer's priorities.Create, manage, and determine project schedules, priorities, and resources across the site.Develop and oversee project plans and schedules.Coordinate daily operations of the project implementation plans with the local team.Ensure that projects are properly designed, built, tested, approved, and documented.Maintain or establish partnerships and alliances with customers, vendors, and contractors.RequirementsMinimumBachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent experience, in Business, Finance/Accounting, Electrical/Computer Engineering or related technical field.Ability to deal with highly technical and complex projects.Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously while keeping tasks organized and on track.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.Ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.Top Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.Electric utility industry and/or automation/SCADA project experience.Experience with PERT/CPM and Microsoft Project.An Engineering degree and experience with electrical utilities or automation systems.Ability to evaluate project blueprints, electrical one-lines, and control schematics.PreferredTop Secret/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.Electric utility industry and/or automation/SCADA project experience.Experience with PERT/CPM and Microsoft Project.An Engineering degree and experience with electrical utilities or automation systems.Ability to evaluate project blueprints, electrical one-lines, and control schematics.BenefitsOSI offers a comprehensive benefit package to our full-time regular employees.
