We are looking for a fully cleared Mid-Level Tier 2 Remote Support system administrator to perform the following duties:Provides remote system administration support, system maintenance, and operation of Windows/Unix workstations.Troubleshoots problems and applies resolutions remotely. Resolves desktop problems and service requests such as software installs remotely using tools such as SMS, Remote Desktop Connection, Active Directory, etc.Candidates must have a TS/SCI with poly to be considered for this position. This is an in-person position in central Maryland, USA.The work hours are 7am-3pm, Monday-FridayRequirementsAn existing TS/SCI with poly is required Ten (10) years of experience as an system administrator is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.Candidate's experience should include a minimum of 2 years of experience with technical background in diverse operating systems (Windows is a must), hardware platforms and software packages.Computer hardware architecture knowledgeMust have software installation and troubleshooting experienceMicrosoft Exchange knowledge and troubleshootingUse/knowledge Microsoft Office ApplicationsUse/knowledge of Active DirectoryUse/knowledge Network and Internet Applications and ProtocolsMust possess good communication and customer service skills.Candidate must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to Multi-taskMust be able to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
