Are you creative and passionate User Experience (UX/CX) and Graphic Designer? In this role, you will lead our creative team, you will create a variety of internal and client facing visual designs and content, define and apply a consistent human-centered design (HCD) approach to client projects, and drive best practices and strategies across the organization around UX and HCD in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.Responsibilities Create and design various materials for print and digital collateral, often communicating complex topics to non-technical stakeholdersUX Lead user research, journey mapping, and prototyping on client projects and refining internal best-practicesUI Lead branding, visual design, typography, layout, color theory, wireframing, UI prototyping, develop and maintain styleMaintain leading-edge knowledge of human-centered design research and best practices and bring appropriate opportunities to projectsGrow into a respected human-centered design consultant, integrating a diverse array of knowledge to provide insightful information to clientsMaintain technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societiesHelp define creative direction for the company as well as brand guidelinesMentor more junior staff on UX/UI and HCD principalsPrioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictionsPerform retouching and manipulation of imagesWork with a wide range of media and use graphic design softwarePrepare work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials, then plan the execution of conceptsIllustrate concepts by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetic conceptsComplete projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as neededEnsure projects are completed with high quality and on scheduleTools you will be using: Adobe Photoshop CCAdobe Acrobat DCAdobe IllustratorAdobe InDesign CCAdobe Creative CloudLucidchartFigmaSketchGuides and design systemsProjects you will be working on:Designing Easy Dynamics corporate intranet sites and pagesDesigning pages for Easy Dynamics corporate (public) websiteDesign graphics for proposals and presentationsDesign corporate branded collateralDesign social media graphicsContribute to the development of internal programs and initiatives to engage with employeesBrand PowerPoint presentations in accordance with the Easy Dynamics templateUser research / Interview employees about internal marketing initiativesQualificationsBachelor's degree in graphic arts, design, communications, or related field5-7 years of experience in user experience / customer experience3-5 years of experience in graphic design2-3 years of experience in human-centered designKnowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography, print, and the webKnowledge of Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign, and other graphic design softwareCompelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projectsStrong analytical skillsExcellent eye for detailPreferred Previous government services experiencePrevious experience contributing to RFP/RFI responsesHuman-Centered Design CertificationPrevious management experienceABOUT EASY DYNAMICSEasy Dynamics Corporation is a leading 8a and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) technology services provider with a core focus in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing, and Information Sharing.
