Workday - Senior Consultant, Benefits And Learning/TalentLearning Functional Consultants are responsible for leading our clients through implementations - initial deployment and Phase X. Those applying for this role must be capable of configuring Workday Learning to meet the business requirements and design specifications of our clients. Avaap Consultants act as trusted advisors to our clients, making it our goal to build and manage our client relationships.We're looking for a Learning Senior Consultant to join our rapidly growing Workday practice.Responsibilities Include Responsible for many functional aspects of a typical Workday HCM Suite project life cycle. Gathering and understanding the client's business requirements and demonstrating core Workday concepts, utilizing pre-delivered Workday solutions Complete configuration and solution discovery documentation Confirm that solution design presented to the client meets the requirements of the project across multiple functional areas. Manage resources and lead Workday Learning workstreams in fast-paced implementations Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, while regularly keeping the client, your project team and your Project Manager involved in changes or progress related to the project Act as a mentor to other consultants, including providing support for shadow assignments Manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Experience: Workday Learning Certification (REQUIRED) Workday Learning implementation experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED) Experience implementing Workday Learning configurations for customers of all sizes Ability to autonomously lead learning workstream through all project phases (discovery-production) Experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing and deploying solutions to meet customer requirements Subject matter expertise in HR practices and functions Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations Academic studies or equivalent education/professional experience combination in Human Resources, Human Resources Management, Human Resources Information Systems or related field A detailed-driven problem solver, with a passion for delivering exceptional levels of customer service Resourceful and adaptable; you'll be comfortable working remotely, utilizing a variety of tools with a high degree of autonomy Current permanent US work authorization required.Avaap is a global, cross-platform industry-focused technology management consulting and advisory services firm.
