Olive Assures reduces administrative burdens and creates greater financial certainty for providers, freeing them to focus on what matters most - improving the access and quality of care for patients.Job OverviewThe Sales Development Representative will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. The SDR provides support to the Assures team by calling prospective clients and scheduling appointments for them to speak with a salesperson. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to generate qualified meetings.RequirementsResponsible for cold calling a list of prospects to introduce the Assures solution, determine the overall interest of prospective clients, and qualify those prospects for an introductory meeting with an Assures sales executiveResearch potential leads from business directories, web searches or digital resources, identify key players, and generate interest in Assures solutionQualify leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, etc. and route qualified leads to Assures sales executive for further development and closureIdentify decision makers or key influencersCreate and deliver qualified prospects to Assures sales executivesMaintain database (Salesforce) of prospective client informationAnswer inbound calls from prospective Assures clients and address any questions, qualify the prospect and if qualified, set up an introductory meeting for the prospect with an Assures sales executiveQualificationsBachelor's or equivalent professional experience.Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all dayExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customersPersuasive and goal-orientedPossesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanorEager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territoriesSelf-motivated and self-directedAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyTenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential clientKnowledge of sales process from initiation to closeAbility to work independently or as an active member of a teamPrevious experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience requiredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience requiredAt Olive, we're committed to growing and empowering an inclusive community within our company and industry.
