We are looking for a fully cleared Associate Tier 1 Help Desk system administrator to perform the following duties:Responds to internal and external IT Service Requests for IT service on both Unix and NT servers. Provides user notification of receipt of Web- or email-submitted requests. Logs and tracks inquiries using service request management database, and maintains history records and related documentation. Promptly categorizes, generates, routes and escalates customer requestsAll candidates must have an existing TS/SCI with poly to be considered. This is an in-person position in central Maryland, USA.The work hours for this position are 10am-6pm, Monday-Friday.RequirementsAn existing TS/SCI with poly is required Five (5) years of experience as an system administrator is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required.Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.In addition, position requires a minimum of 1 year of experience with background in Microsoft Office applications to include Outlook, Word, and Excel.
