PROFILEWe are actively seeking an experienced, driven Sales Representative to join our all-star Sales team working with prospects in the mid-market and small business segment. This is great opportunity to represent the absolute best new product in our industry and in join a fast-paced company with ample opportunity for advancement. RESPONSIBILITIESActively pursue list of accounts in assigned territory by creating individual plans of action to penetrate each organizationContact and cultivate relationships with new prospects in an effort to meet and exceed Leap revenue & new user targetsConduct demos for products and services to potential prospectsCollaborate with Account Management and Client Services teams to ensure proper handoff and complete customer satisfaction within the Leap product and organizationBuild and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; accurately forecast sales opportunities via pipeline reportMonitor and report sales activity within Leap's CRM (Salesforce)Travel to trade shows and onsite customer meetings as neededPerform other duties as assigned KNOWLEDGE & SKILL REQUIREMENTSMinimum of one years sales experience requiredExperience building and managing a sales pipelineMust possess the ability to effectively communicate and deal tactfully with all external and internal customers in a positive manner with strong emotional intelligenceSuperior communication skills with the ability to confidently articulate and convey product valuePossess a high degree of organizational, time management and interpersonal skillsAbility to use a consultative selling approachBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceSaaS sales experience is a plusHome Improvement sales experience is a plusSalesforce experience is a plusProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferredLeap is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
