Hughes Network Systems, an EchoStar Corporation company, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Channel Manager to work in its National Sales Partner team support the development of its new Referral Agent channel. This individual will play a key role in defining channel partner compensation, supporting field sales in managing Referral Agent accounts, developing strategies to acquire and increase the productivity of Referral Agents. Responsibilities: Develop strategies to help Sales Managers acquire and increase the productivity of Referral Agents. Work cross-functionally with internal organizations to develop and execute go-to-market programs. Act as the interface between corporate resources and field Sales Managers to support them in managing Referral Agent accounts. Support field sales organization in negotiating commercial agreements and in defining, tracking and reporting on key performance metrics. Research and help define channel compensation requirements. Basic Requirements: Bachelors degree in marketing, business or related field 5+ years increasing responsibility for managing referral marketing programs with a demonstrated history of successful performance. Previous experience working in a cross-functional environment to drive the development and implementation of marketing, compensation, and incentive programs for indirect channels of distribution. Previous experience working with Sales Call Centers, including scripting, training, and system integration (API) implementation. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. A proven track record of meeting or exceeding corporate business objectives. Strong understanding of call center operations, digital marketing, and performance metrics/reporting. Understanding of the marketing tactics employed by Service Providers including the flow of leads and how they are marketed to 3rd parties. Experience developing and implementing Order-to-Cash processes and channel partner incentive/compensation programs. Experience developing and managing a marketing/promotional budget. Experience with Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau platforms. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Will be eligible for discretionary bonus, with funding based on company performance.
