Job Duties and Requirements: Serve customers based on their needs Maintain store appearance Follow all Loss Prevention practices and protect company assets Perform all operational procedures accurately, in accordance with existing policies Qualifications and Skills: More than one year of experience in a fast-paced, service environment (eg, serving, retail) Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Ability to work 40 hours per week, including Saturday shifts General understanding of computers, Windows, and Microsoft Office suite The ability to adapt to the changing needs of the job Must be able to write clearly and legibly Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks autonomously Problem-solving skills and attention to detail The ability to remain focused in a busy environment A desire to learn and grow with the company Organizational skills General math skills, mental math quickness Strong work ethic The ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
