Strategic Growth Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 50% Type of Travel: Continental US CACI is seeking a cleared Strategic Growth Manager to support growth in the areas of Platform Integration, Logistics, Fielding, and Sustainment for DOD and similar Federal programs at the Lexington Park, MD office. Emphasis is on ground system, maritime, and aviation system platform integration. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will leverage experience and relationships within US Federal Departments/Agencies and across industry to identify, qualify, develop, shape and win Federally-funded contracts. If you have extensive knowledge of the Department of Defense (DoD) Systems Engineering and Lifecycle Acquisition markets, then we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be based out of our Lexington Park, MD offices with intermittent travel as required. Relocation Assistance is Provided What You'll Get to Do: Focus on securing and executing strategic growth opportunities across CACI's National Security and Innovative Solutions business, specifically in the Systems Engineering and Integration markets with direct, regular customer interface across multiple DOD organizations including NAVAIR, NAWC-AD, and various Government Agencies and local industry partners. Identify, secure and execute business in the areas of platform integration; hardware fabrication and manufacturing; engineering and program support; prototyping; integrated lifecycle planning and support; systems engineering and integration; system design and development support; test and evaluation; system integration, sustainment, and fielding. Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and implement processes and systems for collection, interpretation, and dissemination of information on those opportunities, in order to develop and make informed recommendations for pursuit and capture. Operate within the overall CACI business development and program management processes, philosophy and policies. Work closely with Business Development and Line Organization Executives on new and re-compete business opportunities. Develop and maintain "value added" working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, including other Business Development team members, Account Executives, Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and CACI line organizations including Business and Division Group Executives and program management teams to ensure effective, efficient, and integrated implementation of CACI business development strategies You'll Bring These Qualifications: An active DoD Secret clearance. Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline. 10+ years of relevant capability and client experience that demonstrates deep understanding of both the Government Acquisition process as well as Government budget cycle. 5+ years of direct Business Development or Program Management experience in the Platform Integration market. Working knowledge of the DoD budgeting, acquisition, and procurement processes. Demonstrated track record of proven success in opportunity identification, qualification and development; and in the design and implementation of sound business development account plans and strategies. Understanding of Navy, SOCOM organizations and programs. These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have: An active DoD Top Secret clearance. Working knowledge of the Federal/DoD budgeting, acquisition, and procurement processes. Master's degree in technical field Experience managing technical projects with content ranging from access control, Audio/Visual installation, WAN/LAN network setup, command and control suite design and installation, data center setup and support, and HF/VHF/SATCOM communications.
