Position Summary As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, managing customer orders, verifying information, and exceeding customer expectations by providing exceptional customer service. Position Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls Interact with a high volume of customers daily to process orders, answer questions, and help with overall needs Maintain knowledge of KSI services and products Qualifications: 2+ years of recent customer service or sales experience Experience working with Microsoft Office Flexible schedule required Call Center experience preferred Automotive industry knowledge desired Bilingual highly desired High School Diploma or equivalent Compensation Package and Perks: Hourly Range: $16.00 - $17.00 Monthly Incentives: Available after 90 days of employment, based on performance.
