Nonprofit in upper Montgomery Seeks Masters level professionals in Psychology, Licensed Social Workers, and BCBA professionals POSITION SUMMARY CSS has full and part time opportunities for professionals in the field of developmental disabilities to provide behavior consultation services designed to enhance independence and person centered goals of children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities. Job Highlights: Generous compensation & benefits with growth opportunities Supervision and mentoring by experienced and supportive Licensed Clinical Psychologist or BCBA Flexible Schedule Positive work environment with an emphasis on a multimode team approach Access to a wealth of resources, training, and support systems to help you grow in your career RESPONSIBILITIES: Create, update and edit individualized behavioral plans Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and Environmental Assessments in a community setting Participate in and/or coordinate multidisciplinary team meetings to evaluate individual progress and needs Observe direct support professionals implement individualized behavioral intervention plans which are designed to increase each individual's adaptive behavioral skills, independent living skills and productive work skills. Utilize ABA practices to help individuals gain skills and manage maladaptive behavior Provide initial and ongoing staff training on individualized behavior support plans. Provide feedback on the implementation of instructional programs and daily activity schedules to direct support professionals and supervisors. Observe an individual's response to behavioral support plans and consult with psychologists and other team members. Review behavioral progress of individuals and provide documentation of services. COVID-19 considerations : To keep all employees and the individuals supported safe, PPE and training on the use of PPE is provided following CDC guidelines. Additional cleaning completed throughout the day to protect all against COVID-19. COVID-19 Vaccination Information : Once an applicant is eligible for employment, the applicant is required to get COVID-19 vaccinated as promptly as possible. CSS allows for a reasonable period to get vaccinated once eligible. QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS: Master's degree in psychology, OR BCBA certification issued by the BACB, OR Licensed Clinical Social Worker Appropriate state license as required in state of employment. Valid driver's license Prior experience working with Autism and Developmental Disabilities preferred Effective documentation and time management skills Positive behavior support services are provided to each individual based on a comprehensive functional assessment and support plan. Behavior support services within CSS are directed by a Licensed psychologist and include a team of professionals working together to design and implement individualized plans across settings. This position can be done virtually. CSS provides residential services in 50 homes in upper Montgomery County, where two individuals reside in each home with one or two support staff providing care and supervision . Additionally, day support services including vocational training and education are provided in our main center, family homes, and in the local Montgomery County community.
