It's all about doing the right thing - a mission that hasn't changed for more than 100 years. The Role We are currently seeking an Associate Director to join our growing Customer Marketing team. This is a high impact role that will contribute to the creation and launch of value-adding programs and strategies that uniquely leverage the vast amount of data and resources OneMain has access to. This role will help create, execute, and track marketing efforts to drive OneMain customers to engage with their product features and benefits and loyalty programs. Supporting the customer marketing team, this role will be highly collaborative, working with cross-functional teams across marketing, analytics, operations and digital to develop and execute campaign strategies that deliver key metrics for the company. Responsibilities Own marketing campaigns that deepen relationships with our customers and increase their interaction and use of our product features and benefits and loyalty programs Deliver strong campaign strategies grounded in research, testing, and data that deliver on key metrics and goals Coordinate development and execution of marketing campaigns and test calendars across all channels (mail, email, online, branch) with marketing channel and program owners, analytics, operations and digital teams Partner with analytics to develop targeting and selection criteria for engagement campaigns; identify test segments based on results and provide testing and targeting recommendations Identify cross-channel customer marketing opportunities Provide tracking, analysis and reporting of customer engagement marketing creative, touchpoints and campaigns across all channels; develop presentations that read out results and provide insights to inform future test strategy Report out on key engagement metrics including enrollment in automated payments, paperless, online and mobile account usage and engagement with loyalty benefits Qualifications 5+ years of experience in Marketing along with a relevant Bachelor's degree Excellent communication skills with the ability to work and communicate with all levels of management Creative thinking and process driven with excellent organizational, interpersonal and multitasking skills and the ability to juggle multiple fast paced, deadline driven projects Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Financial Services and/or lending experience desired Experience with Adobe Campaign or other campaign management platforms is a plus Benefits Because we want our team members to bring us their very best every day, we believe they deserve the right opportunities and benefits.
