Northrop Grumman Space Systems sector seeks an innovative, high-energy, and self-motivated Manager of Strategy & Business Development (S&BD) Operations & Integration to support the sector S&BD function across a breadth of efforts. The position reports directly to the Director of Strategy & Business Development Operations & Integration. This position can be supported from any of our Space sector locations, to include Dulles VA; Redondo Beach CA; Chandler AZ; Roy UT; Huntsville AL; or, Baltimore MD.The candidate will support sector integration and management within S&BD through training and collaboration with division, sector, and enterprise teams to achieve sector objectives. This role is uniquely positioned to have insight into S&BD operations across all aspects of our business to include strategy, business development, government relations, and cross-functional activities within NGSP, other sectors, and corporate organizations. As a result, the S&BD Operations & Integration Manager will promote efficient sector operations.The Manager of Strategy & Business Development Operations & Integration will be responsible for: Supporting integration and alignment across S&BD impacting all tiers of the enterprise. Supporting S&BD in the strategic analysis of the sector's business opportunity pipeline through management and analysis of Salesforce data to produce actionable management information. Performing Salesforce administration and ensuring data accuracy and integrity, providing guidance and training as needed. Leading cross-matrixed teams to develop sector Salesforce standards, driving adoption of the tool, and driving effectiveness and efficiency. Managing S&BD customer engagement through coordination with Communications, Government Relations, and S&BD to drive strategic value from sector tradeshows, symposiums, and other areas where Space Sector is represented in public forums. Managing updates to sector S&BD Principles and Operating Practices (PrOP). Serving as the sector S&BD SharePoint administrator; updating files and SharePoint structure as needed, and provisioning SharePoint website permissions. Supporting S&BD Government Relations initiatives, to include domestic and international framework activities. Developing training materials and conducting training sessions for the user community in the navigation and functionality of the Salesforce and SharePoint applications, and other S&BD topics, as needed. Performing other Operations & Integration duties upon request of the Director of S&BD Operations & Integration. Rapidly accepts change and inspires change in organizations in a positive, inclusive way. Dynamic self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to function independently. Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Active Secret level security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite. Preferred Qualifications: Understanding of Northrop Grumman Space Sector strategies, customers, and priorities. Experience with NG tools including Salesforce, SharePoint, Tableau, Workday, etc. Experience with organizational effectiveness and operations implementing best practices. Advanced Data Analytics training and experience. Active Top Secret security clearance. US Citizenship is a prerequisite. Salary Range: 110352 - 191664 Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
