Business Development Our Business Development Executive will have relationships with Government and Industry executives and understand how to navigate the "Maze" we call Federal Government Business Development. Belong to and have knowledge of industry partners and organizations pertinent to specific Government agencies. Minimum Qualifications: . 7+ Years' experience selling into the federal Government Space . Bachelor's degree . Experience winning Federal Government Programs over the last 5 Years Preferred Qualifications: . Analytical and problem-solving experience, combined with business judgment and ability to present Business Opportunities in a clear and compelling manner. . Demonstrated understanding of how to develop a Pipeline within an agency . Experience winning 10+ Programs over the last 5 years . Having worked the CIOSP3 Pipeline previously Job Description . Develops a Pipeline within specific Government agencies . Researches and gathers technical and/or business information for use in Business Capture . Expansive knowledge in the use of Govwin, SAM, G2Xchange, etc. . Participates in and/or coordinates activities commonly associated with responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for information (RFI), and requests for quotes (RFQ). . Assists in the development and generation of "win" strategy and themes and discriminators as the framework for response. . Participates actively in proposal reviews/debriefs. . Works as an integral project team member in close partnership with Proposal team members, and the project manager to determine and respond to proposal requirements. . Performs all assigned activities within expected quality and schedule parameters. . Capable of gathering information on associated Opportunities within the pipeline.
