The ICE Health Services Corps (IHSC) exists within the organizational structure of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) under the supervision of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps Officers, civil service staff and contractors comprise the healthcare professionals working together to provide quality healthcare services. IHSC serves as the medical experts for ICE for detainee health care.HCRS, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager (PM) to support ICE Health Services Corps and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) in providing Medical Staffing of multiple facilities nationwide. The PM will interface with the Government and effectively allocate resources to meet the requirements of the medical staffing Task Order (TO) throughout the country. The PM will be required to ensure all sites adhere to credentialing and other aspects in providing Health Care Professionals (HCP).The Project Manager should be experienced in planning, evaluating, directing, and coordinating medical staffing and should have experience in the integration of programs across multiple federal organizations.Responsibilities:The Project Manager is responsible for overall contract organization and direction. This includes the overall execution/implementation and administration of the programs under this contract.Oversee all operations to ensure the success of Task OrderImplement contract and program changes as necessaryDetermine required resources and skills for performing contract tasks in an effective mannerManage overall TO portfolioMonitor financial and fiscal aspects of this contractCoordinate and manage all contract operational activities including staff assignments, staffing, resource identification, documentation of task activities, and reporting to the Government COR and COManage the financial aspects of the contract and continuously review task progress and executionSupervise the Deputy Project ManagerRecruit and develop other staff members as necessaryRequirementsProject Manager candidate requirements:Bachelor's degree from an accredited university by the Department of Education (DoE) in business, healthcare, or related field of studyAt least six (6) years of administrative healthcare management experience. Department of Homeland Security/Correctional, and/or Detention Center experience preferredProject Management Professional (PMP) Certification is required.Preferred:Experience working with US IMMIGRATION AND CUSTOMS ENFORCEMENT (ICE) HEALTH SERVICE CORPS (IHSC)Experience managing a broad range of health care services to detainees twenty-four hours a day, seven days per week and 365 calendar days per year (24/7/365)Experience with multi-agency services under the Hospital Incident Command System with critical thinking in the four phases of emergency management: mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery.Experience in bio-surveillance systems with regards to protecting the United States from an intentional attack or the unintentional risk from an infectious or communicable disease.Experience in providing the best possible, humanitarian medical care to those in US Government custody.HCRS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
