The Operations Manager will lead with innovation and creativity to achieve all front end revenue cycle goals and objectives related to arrival/admission, registration, insurance verification/accuracy, point of service collections, and other initiatives to support the organization. The role will require collaboration with the clinical teams as well as the Central Business Office. In order to be successful in this position, as well as find it professionally and personally rewarding, the Manager must possess the traits of high energy, compassion, attention to detail and accuracy, the ability to analyze information and make accurate decisions, create and present information in a professional and engaging manner, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. This position will require frequent rounding and interaction on the front line, as well as regular interaction with physicians, nursing staff, and hospital leadership.
