Furthermore, we are also Mindful, Driven by Excellence, and High Integrity.What you'll be responsible for:You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of our new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/Human Capital Management (HCM) solution for our organization. The ideal candidate should be a subject matter expert (SME) within core HCM and well acquainted with HCM systems (ie, Workday, SAP Success Factors, or Oracle, etc.) You will provide HCM product and implementation expertise for the Talent, shape and deliver solutions that are aligned to company requirements, provide guidance, and support the implementation team. The position is also accountable for the management of the HRIS/HCM data management and providing support to the Talent, Finance, and other internal/external clients.What you'll work on:You will have overall responsibility for managing human resource information across the suite of technologies and various integrations.Responsible for hiring, developing and mentoring direct reports and future team members.Lead role in selecting, implementing and supporting enhancements to a new HCM/HRS platform that will be implemented company wide.Will work in a highly collaborative environment with internal teams to gather and validate business requirements and recommend solutions.Participate in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, test, deployment, and maintenance of HRIS/HCM configuration for new functionality or enhancements.Responsible for all HRIS data integrity in the HCM system, all downstream applications and vendor systems.Effectively collaborates with Talent, Finance, Security, IT, Compliance, and other teams to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.Consults with stakeholders to understand business processes, goals, and enhancement opportunities to provide technology solutions.Works with relevant stakeholders on various system integrations (eg, Greenhouse, Docebo, equity plan administration platform, IT systems, etc)Provides support for HRIS, HCM, including researching, identifying, and resolving complex HCM issues, unexpected results, and process flaws. You reject manipulation, dishonesty and intolerance.What you'll bring to Circle:5+ years of HCM experience directly related to system configuration and deployment experience.Public company experience is highly preferred.Communicate best practices, methods, processes, and consult with stakeholders and identify metrics and interpretation needed in deliverables.Lead large-scale global projects and oversee the preparation of test plans and scripts, and the execution of user acceptance testing.Manage multiple, high-priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.Experience with HCM mass uploads (eg, EIBs), report writing (eg, BIRT).Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills and capabilities.Self-motivated with a focus on driving results and a strong sense of accountability.Customer service oriented with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations and deliver an excellent experience.Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions.Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack and Apple MacOS preferred.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at Circle.
