Our code changes have small margins of error. Simple code changes can have a wide spread and devastating impact on our customers. Quality is a must. Our Engineering excellence groups support critical lower level framework changes across Salesforce products.To achieve high quality production changes, we need a leader who is accountable for our software quality outcomes. The leader uses an analytical approach to drive the quality processes for our entire business unit. The leader is defining and promoting industry best practices and leverages trends and early warning signs to correct quickly.We aren't building a typical Q3 testing team. We are building a skinny team to support 23 scrum teams to do better. We want You to lead it.Key goals:Designs the Engineering Excellence roadmap for our development teamsSupports and enhances our hybrid engineering practicesIs accountable for our Cloud's quality practices and outcomesAnalyzes various quality metrics across 20+ scrum teamsCelebrate wins (=Quality improvements) and identify quality improvements.Uses different levels of coaching to support our scrum teamsExposes our technology teams to the latest innovative thinking and ideas of the Quality communityShow own impact by using metricsBuild, launch, and facilitate collaborative Quality Working groupsHires and continuously develop team membersRarely tests a feature.Won't manage a team of test engineersAre you interested in crafting a highly effective engineering organization?
