You will understand and use Agile methodologies, as well as define product scope and goals.Minimum Required Experiences2 yearsDesired ExperiencesBachelor degree or equivalent8+ overall years of experienceProficient in JQLQualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMUtilize the Scrum process and Agile practices.Maintain and ensure product vision and goals are met, and communicate product workflow to keep colleagues informed every step of the way.Identify organizational roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide meaningful feedback to the team, so we can improve, innovate, and move forward.Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement of Agile practices.Responsibilities:Collaborate with the team on the continuous improvement of Agile practices with System ThinkingIdentify roadblocks that limit team productivity and quality, and provide meaningful feedback to the team, so we can improve, innovate, and move forwardLead the Agile teams in using Agile methodology and Kanban/scrum practicesHelping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction while creating a trusted environmentLead the Kanban/scrum and development teams in self-organization and keep the teams under their WIPBe a Servant Leader to allRemove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impedimentsHelp the Kanban/scrum and Agile teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile frameworkResolve conflicts and issues that occurHelp the kanban/scrum team achieve higher levels of Agile maturitySupport the product owner and provide Agile education where neededQualifications:Prior experience on kanban/scrum teamsAbility to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflictKnowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the Agile team settingAbility to determine what is kanban/scrum and what is notExperience with successful Agile techniquesAbility to work with and lead a teamStrong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skillsAbility to adapt to a changing environmentSelf-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distractionBe able to identify and help the agile team remove wasteMinimum Required ExperienceBachelor degree or higherAgile certification or prior Agile Scrum Master experienceWorking knowledge of Jira and ConfluenceExcellent communication skillsPrior experience working on critical projects with deadlines in a high-volume environment.Additional InformationThe future is what you make it to be.
