The CRM Marketing Manager will manage the development and execution of email and mobile marketing campaigns for the AMC Networks Subscription Video On Demand (SVOD) services including hands on campaign building and deployment. Reporting to the Director, CRM this person should be creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, as well as have knowledge of current email best practices and graphic design.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESManage development & execution of CRM campaigns across multiple territories (North America, LATAM, etc.), channels (email, push notifications, in-app messages, etc.) and lifecycle stages (retention, engagement, re-acquisition, etc.)Work closely with the brand leads for each AMCN SVOD service to ensure campaigns align with brand and content goals including ensuring an authentic representation of brand voice.Support with the management and execution of the lifecycle/campaign calendars across all AMCN SVODs under the guidance of the Director of CRM.Support the delivery of actionable insights that contribute to business growth and KPI goals, leveraging campaign strategies to increase conversion through email and mobile messaging channelsWork with CRM Directors on list and data management including opt-out management, hard-bounce management, and list health assuranceAssist in developing comprehensive reports detailing key CRM marketing metrics, as well as plans for optimizations and A/B testingSupport overall audience segmentation and insight efforts, including data review, audience alignment to content/activities, preference center and feedback evaluation, survey development and analysis, and cross-service comparisons.Maintain shared marketing resources, including shared calendars, creative depository and more.Perform quality assurance checks for all campaign launches.Support the development and optimization of messaging strategy (timing, targets, tone) for CRM campaigns, segmented by service, territory and program.Work with the Director of CRM as well as well as Analytics and Business Intelligence teams to identify opportunities, size, and prioritize.Devise strategies, creative marketing propositions and campaigns to increase engagement, long term loyalty and satisfaction of subscribersSupport A/B and multivariate testing: template, segmentation, content, calls-to-action, timing and frequency. Build, test and optimize lifecycle programs to increase the ROI of CRM activity from conversion through to dormant reactivation, churn management and increasing LTV.QUALIFICATIONS (Required & Preferred)4+ year of experience in marketing, digital marketing, entertainment or a similar fieldBachelor's degree in a related fieldExperience with email marketing platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Sailthru, etc.Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite & HTMLOutstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problemsStrong copywriting and editorial skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skillsA self-starter with an entrepreneurial spiritSpanish proficiency is a plus
