Senior Financial AnalystAre you an Excel expert with some FP&A experience looking to advance your career to the next level of Sr. Financial Analyst?Overview of PositionChange Healthcare is seeking a Sr Financial Analyst to partner with the Shared Services organization. This role will focus on collaborating with the supported clients, creating actionable insights, accelerating business transformation initiatives, and providing decision support and guidance.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?Month Close ActivitiesPartner with Sales Ops and Business Unit teams to gather bookings actuals and forecast numbers for the month close reporting filesFinancial AnalysisAnalyze Results - Analyze the key drivers and metrics vs historical performance, budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans and communicate results to leadership for decision support, plan reviews and operational reviews.Planning & ForecastingReview and advise Leadership on budget and forecast results based on a thorough knowledge of the targets, history, metrics, resources, and initiatives at the business unit levels.Utilize financial systems (TM1/PAX, Workday, SAP, and Oracle) to consolidate and report on plans and forecasts.ModelingMaintain and develop various financial models used during the planning processes and to support decision making by executive leadership, ensuring quality, accuracy, and focused analytic reviewAbility to create financial models for ad-hoc reporting and working with large volumes of dataBusiness PartnershipCollaborate with the business, and other cross functional teams such as Sales Ops, Business UNIT FP&A, and Corporate Finance to review financial information, plans and forecastsWhat are the requirements needed for this position?3-5 years progressive experience in financial planning and analysisDemonstrated knowledge of systems and processes, advanced Excel skills, financial database experience, and digital finance tool experienceExperience with financial systems (TM1/PAX, Workday, SAP, and Oracle) to consolidate and report on plans and forecastsBachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance or Business.
