As senior member of the finance team, the candidate will work alongside the Earned Value/Program Control Analyst to support EVM reporting requirements and serve as the primary interface with corporate support functions such as accounting, billing, contracts, and subcontracts management.More About the RoleSupport program EVM requirements and reporting in collaboration with the EV/PCA lead including program cost and schedule baseline, monthly EVM IMPR reports, and subcontractor integration.Responsible for non-EVM financial deliverables under the program such as monthly status reports, Contract Funds Status Report (CFSR) and OSD CADE Contract and Software Data Report (CDSR).Responsible for internal program reporting requirements such as Monthly Operating Review (MOR) reports, internal PMR's, multi-year forecasting and analysis, etc.Monitor progress of program requirements and cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met while tracking funding and ceiling amounts for respective tasks/CLINS.Responsible for maintaining program data in CACI financial systems, including contract/program setup, and establishing charge strings for timekeeping and appropriate EV reporting.Conduct monthly financial analysis to determine root cause variance analysis for month end close as well as month over month changes (variance analysis, risk analysis, profit/loss analysis, etc.).Overall financial management of both T&M and Cost-Reimbursable subcontractors to include purchase order funding, timesheets, spend plans, deliverables, invoice approval, etc.Duties may include contract accounting and reporting as it relates to invoicing, resolving unbilled items, and reviewing DSO.Support material procurement process including estimating costs for materials, equipment, production facilities, etc.Support program travel including budgets, authorization, and ensuring compliance with contractual/FAR/DFAR's requirements.Provide leadership and mentorship to more junior finance personnel in support of program cost management. You'll Bring These QualificationsAbility and willingness to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.A minimum of 5 years' experience in related finance or accounting role using financial management software (Costpoint, Deltek, ORACLE ERP, SAP, etc.).Bachelor's degree in a business, finance, or quantitative related discipline is highly desired.Experience with overall program control responsibility of Cost Reimbursable and Firm Fixed Price contracting efforts.Must be able to build forecast from the ground up including application of wrap rates and correct burdens.Experience with formulating forecast models using historical information to estimate future cost/performance.
