The ICE Health Services Corps (IHSC) exists within the organizational structure of the United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO) under the supervision of the Department of Homeland Security (DHS). The United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps Officers, civil service staff and contractors comprise the healthcare professionals working together to provide quality healthcare services. IHSC serves as the medical experts for ICE for detainee health care.HCRS, Inc. is seeking a full-time Deputy Program Manager (DPM) to join our team to provide leadership, strategic, and tactical direction to a team of medical professionals and technicians working in twenty DHIS ICE Detention Centers. In addition to the criteria below, Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is highly desired.The DPM in support of the Program Manager provides operational oversight and excellence to a team of medical providers, technicians, and support staff at each detention center and is responsible for the overall execution and administration of the programs under this contract. In the absences of the Program Manager, functions as HCRS's point of contact to the COR and CO. Responsible for the satisfactory supervision of staff members on the associated task orders, including verifying attendance at all posts and positions and upholding the work requirements of all personnel assigned under the contract.Tasks and Responsibilities:Assists the Program Manager by helping provide management, direction, administration, and quality assurance for the execution of the MFLC contract.The DPM, in the absence of the Program Manager, serves as the Government's primary POC to provide overall leadership and guidance for all contractor personnel assigned to the contract.Assists in the assignment of tasks to contractor personnel, supervise on-going technical efforts, and manage overall contract performance to ensure optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors.The DPM is responsible for the quality and efficiency of the contract, to include service delivery, technical matters, and business processes.The DPM assists the Program Manager to ensure contract requirements are performed.During the Program Manager's absence, the DPM has appropriate authority to commit SRI and make decisions for SRI in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments. Share's responsibility in proactively alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitations issues.RequirementsMinimum Required Skills Education, Experience & Abilities:Must be a US Citizen and speak fluent EnglishBachelor's degree from an accredited university by the Department of Education (DoE) in business, healthcare, or related field of studyThree (3) years administrative healthcare management experienceProject Management Professional (PMP) CertificationAt least five (5) years project management experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing methodologies and approaches of projectsDesired Qualifications:Three years of experience working with a military or DoD organization(s).At least three years' experience managing SLAs under an incentive-based contract.At least one (1) year of experience supervising staff working in a federal or State detention center.Possess a minimum level Secret clearance.HCRS, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
