Specific focus on combat systems' simulations, design/engineering, program/system level development and certification. Software Engineers perform analysis, design, development, test and maintenance of software and database models.The Senior Software Engineer works to design, develop and maintain complex software, database models and real-time M&S computer programs. The Senior Software Engineer must establish and maintain software development schedules and monitor the technical progress of computer program modules toward these schedules. The Senior Software Engineer utilizes computer program development tracking tools that capture all new development requirements, tracks computer program defects, and accurately reflects current implementation status of each item.We are seeking qualified individuals who have 10 or more years of broad software engineering experience, as well as 4 or more years of specific Navy Program/Systems experience.
