The NAVAIR 7.2 DNA Data Center is looking for a Citrix Administrator. The Citrix Administrator's role is to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the in-house information systems that support core organizational functions. This is achieved by monitoring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all networked software and associated operating systems. The Citrix Administrator will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems assets. This is an onsite position.The Citrix Administrator Responsibilities:Coordinate with DNA Data Center customers and DAiTA Server Teams to ensure the systems in the Citrix environments are maintained in accordance with site security standards.Must provide support to the systems in the Citrix environments following government established processes, policies, and standard operating procedures.Work with vendors and assist application owners with system software updates and patches.Provide customer Program Management Tool application level support.Monitor ticketing system and respond to customer requests for assistance with Windows applications or support issues.Provide planning assistance to the engineering team for Windows application deployments.Research new Windows software and hardware requirements.Create and maintain documentation and procedures for Windows application support.Analyze and coordinate application/front-end/system/interface outages and interruptions.Maintain current knowledge of relevant technologies as assigned.Participate in special projects as required.Participate in the team's on-call rotation supporting outagesRequired Skills and Experience:Clearance Requirement:: Must have or able to obtain and maintain a DOD Top-Secret security clearanceSelected applicant must have DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE)The candidate must have experience with Windows server 2012, 2016 and 2019 as well as experience with Citrix XenApp and XenDesktop, Active Directory, NTFS Permissions, account management, groups, and shares.Experience managing an enterprise server environment.The ability the manage multiple projects at a time.Desired Qualifications:3-5 years' experience with Citrix products desiredKnowledge of Citrix ADC a plus.Candidate must be self-motivated.Candidate must like working with a team.Performing general IT requirements, installation, configuration, maintenance, and security in a classified or unclassified network environment.Supporting configuring and publishing of virtual applications.Creating and maintaining virtual desktops.Hardening systems to comply with DoD IA policies.Performing security monitoring and maintaining security patches and updates.Providing ACAS vulnerability management and compliance reporting. #LI-EW1Who we areSmartronix, an OceanSound Partners company, delivers advanced solutions in digital modernization, cloud, cybersecurity, mission-focused engineering, systems integration and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities.
