We are a licensed residential services agency, and we take pride in providing superior quality person-directed care to our clients. We are looking for CNA/GNA/HHA certified caregivers who are able to work in the evenings and weekends to join our team and help us bring our unique care philosophy to life. We value growth potential and motivation in our applicants and look for candidates of all life stages, both seasoned caregivers and people who have recently obtained their certification and are newer to the field. We service Eastern Montgomery County including Silver Spring, Kensington, and Burtonsville.We are a young female-owned company, and we believe in treating our employees with attentiveness, compassion, and respect. Benefits:Competitive pay.Hours based on your availability.Training and growth opportunities, including 12 hours of paid annual course work.Use of our New Care app to track your work schedule, see your caregiving responsibilities for each shift, help with family communication, and more.Compensation for all travel on the job with clients and between client visits.Personal Protective Equipment provided by us.Requirements:Must be authorized to work in United States.Must have current CNA/GNA/PCT/CMT certification or willing to renew an expired certification.Must have current CPR certification.Vehicle ownership, valid Driver's license, and vehicle insurance preferred.Must pass pre-employment background investigation, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, drug test, as well as provide TB test results showing no active disease.Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts, and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team, including, but not limited to:Training CompletionUnderstanding and following protocols in clients' homesUnderstanding and following attendance, timeliness and appearance expectationsUsing technology to successfully follow, measure, and report activities associated with plan of care.This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
