Performs professional level duties to attract, screen, recruit, and select new employees. Provides integrated project management and operational support as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Responsible for recruiting and staffing positions for headquarters and government clientsSource and identify qualified applicants; conduct preliminary qualification screens to identify applicants that meet the job requirementsPrequalify candidates in the interview process using up to date interview and recruitment methodologiesManages candidates through interview process and contract period, including but not limited to: Application, References, Background Checks, Interview Schedules, Meet & Greets, Offers, Onboarding, and Security Processing (as needed)Assist the business development team on new recruitment opportunitiesConsult with Program Managers to identify clients' technical skills needs and implement effective sourcing strategies to successfully place candidates; work with Program Managers to identify required core competencies to ensure successful long-term hiresDevelop and maintain network and relationships beneficial to recruitment goalsMaintain responsibility for tracking recruiting activity and other metrics, and ensuring compliance with OFCCP; works with Talent Acquisition team to ensure annual Affirmative Action Plan goals are metMaintenance of applicants and candidates in the ATS and proper processing of all applicant and new hire paperworkProvide communicative and professional information to candidates and program managers throughout the recruitment processContribute to recruitment process improvements and goalsParticipate in job fairs and trade shows as neededProvides project management and operations support for requirements associated with a complex program or series of programs.Is responsible for various types of contract reporting, weekly and monthly status updates, and schedule maintenance and reporting.Responsible for the preparation and analysis of production and staffing reports as needed by Program Managers.Supports timesheet reconciliation and production of time and attendance reports.Assist with program tasks and deliverablesEnsures all assigned projects, tasks, and data requirements are compiled, prepared, reviewed, approved, published and submitted to Program Managers and/or customer points of contact on time, and within budgetWork collaboratively across multiple functional departments and/or project teams to streamline organizational processesAssists with coordinating employee and customer eventsReviews employee timesheets for accuracy and approves for direct billable employees on various projectsIs responsible for ad-hoc reporting and communications with field staff, internal HQ staff, and customer points of contact as requiredPerforms other project management duties and recruiting duties as assignedBasic Qualifications:A minimum of 1 year experience in a recruiting, project management or human resources support functionMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree is preferredExperience working in a fast paced, professional environmentAbility to exercise independent judgment to decide on appropriate priorities and procedures to followAbility to provide consistent, high-quality serviceAbility to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within an organizationPossession of excellent analytical skills to solve problems of a sensitive naturePossession of excellent oral and written communication skillsThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required by this position.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
