Through proven technology, research-backed psychometrics, and advanced machine learning, our solutions help reduce test time for students while improving educational outcomes.We're looking for smart, creative, and enthusiastic individuals to join our innovative team of data and reporting analysts, test and content developers, psychometricians, and project management professionals.The Math Test Developer will lead state assessment projects and tasks that include the development and management of Math Assessment programs. Responsibilities include managing the review, revision, and delivery of math test items; ensuring item quality; leading a team of Math Test Developers and providing professional development and support for all team members; leading internal and external meetings with review teams and clients; collaborating with technical and operations staff; and developing pool production plans.Qualified applicants will hold at least a Bachelor's degree in a Mathematics related field. Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience teaching math and/or managing math item development functions within an education assessment environment. Strong knowledge and experience with the US Education and Education Assessment system is required. Required travel for this position ranges from 1 week to 6 weeks per year.
