Business casual dress, flex time, and tuition reimbursement are a few of our many work-life benefits available to our employees.Responsibilities:ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and/or perform business and systems analysis, additions and changes to software, network hardware and operating systems to support analysis of systems to support RPA, natural processing language (NPL), machine learning (ML), and AI tools and solutions; includes investigation, analysis, recommendation, configuration, installation, and testing of new network hardware and software.Provide direct support in the day-to-day operations on network hardware and operating systems, including the evaluation of system utilization, monitoring response time and primary support for detection and correction of operational problems.Troubleshoot at the physical level of the network, working with network measurement hardware and software, as well as physical checking and testing of hardware devices at the logical level working with communication protocols.Provide technical consultation, training and support to IT staff as designated by the government.Work with a team of LMI software developers and domain experts to design and develop data-intensive, web-based applications in support of a federal agencies using the Microsoft .NET framework and SQL Server.Perform software development activities including requirements gathering and analysis, systems design, development, documentation, testing and integration.Play an active role in collaborating and consulting with the client to define requirements and scope project activities as a senior member of the development teamQualifications:Requirements:BA/BS degree and at least five (5) years of experience in the field.3 years' experience with implementing software solutions in an Amazon Web Services or Azure cloud environment.Experience with DevOps tools and best practices.Strong demonstrated experience in web development using and C# with Web Forms and MVC.Strong demonstrated experience working with relational databases (Microsoft SQL Server) and developing database-driven .NET applications.Familiar with developing reports using SQL-Server Reporting Services (SSRS).Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).Active Secret clearance is required, for which you must be a US Citizen.
