For this role you will help to craft the value propositions of our Tableau CRM products and will become the product authority in all things data, analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation. You will be responsible for working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to drive product messaging and positioning, product launches, content and campaigns, events, and enablement. As a Tableau CRM PMM you will have the opportunity to cultivate your career within a niche space, while rubbing elbows with leadership, presenting in front of internal partners and customers, collaborating with our Product Managers and training our sales teams.Reporting to the Tableau for Customer 360 Director of Product Marketing, you will join a fast-paced product marketing team. Attention to detail, an eye for quality, and the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer benefits for internal and external audiences is essential.Responsibilities:Collaborate with product management, sales leadership, and field teams to develop messaging, positioning, core value propositions and selling points for Tableau CRMWork with Product Management and Release Marketing Team to launch new products and features for Tableau CRM including positioning and enablement effortsSupport the Tableau and Tableau CRM sales teams and Tableau CRM specialist teams with sales plays, communications, programs, enablements, presentations, case studies, demos, and content across personas and industriesProduce thought leadership content supporting themes of data, analytics, and AI/ML across web copy, blogs, bylines, guides/white papers, and moreSupport major Salesforce events such as Dreamforce, corporate webinars, and 3rd party events/conferencesWork closely with our Customer Evidence team to identify, enable, and champion Tableau CRM customers and evangelistsWork closely with cross-functional marketing teams to drive the business & product marketing strategy.
