We are looking for a Marketing Associate who will report to the Head of Marketing and help build strong lead generation programs including inbound, outbound, nurturing, digital marketing, advertising, email, and content.The ideal candidate will be an intellectually curious self-starter who will not only pull and report on data but come up with recommendations for changes. Someone who is an avid learner, consistently trying new approaches and testing effectiveness based on the results.Responsibilities:Own the execution of email campaigns in our marketing automation systemMeasure, monitor, and report on lead generation/sales funnel activityCoordinate the creation of new collateral, sales enablement tools, and website updatesDevelop a regular cadence of reporting that helps identify the most effective messaging, value proposition, channels and calls to actionWrite marketing copy (ie emails, collateral, etc) that translates complex ideas into short, compelling messages that will appeal to a senior audience.Project manage thought leadership content: coordinating with editors, working with design team, revising newsletters, maintaining the content calendarMonitor our marketing automation platform, lead scoring, and lead nurturing capabilities and provide recommendations for improvementHelp coordinate company presence at webinars, industry tradeshows, conferences, and eventsCollaborate closely with other members of the ICS organization such as the Sales, Advisory, and Product teamsQualifications:At least 2-3 years of experience in marketing role with Bachelor's degree in marketing or related disciplineExperience within the financial services industry is a plus (though not essential)Salesforce and/or marketing automation software experienceAbility to work successfully in a matrixed, global organization with internal product and business teams, sales, and colleagues within marketingIntermediate level of knowledge of Microsoft suite - Word, PPT, ExcelExcellent written and verbal communication skills for both internal messaging (eg communicating with stakeholders effectively) and external messaging (eg writing effective and compelling marketing email)Strong attention to detail and ability to project manageStrong organizational skills, problem-solving skills, and ability to prioritize effectivelyA team player, effectively interacting with employees at all levels within the companyA self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple different projects simultaneously#LI-MK1 #ICSISS is an Equal Opportunity Employer and complies with the Veteran and Disability Acts.
