ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesProvide customer support and perform data management activities associated with the DoDA cents € (TM) s Dormant Account Review A cents € " Quarterly (DAR-Q) program and the web-based DAR-Q Tool.Perform data quality and completeness checklist actions, identify and escalate failures, engage with process or system owners, and data SMEs to remediate issues.Analyze quarterly DAR-Q results and prepare reports and presentations to document process flow, process status, and key performance metrics.Drive engagement and interaction with users to improve the overall DAR-Q Tool functionality and supporting processes.Conduct quarterly training sessions on the DAR-Q Tool functionality and weekly office hours with the DAR-Q user community.Respond to DAR-Q user inquiries via shared mailbox or direct outreach.Assist with responding to DAR-Q-related helpdesk requests including user access requestsMaintain and update DAR-Q reference documents to include user guides and quick reference guides.
