Benefits include, but are not limited to, tuition assistance, medical, dental, vision, disability, group life insurance, 401(k), profit sharing, paid holidays, and vacations.Position OverviewThe Accounts Receivable Senior Financial Analyst has responsibility for managing assigned processes in area of Accounts Receivable such as Customers' contracts & Sap Contract book Management, Billing, Cash Application Management, Deduction Management, Invoice Corrections, Reporting.The Accounts Receivable Senior Financial Analyst has a functional understanding of customer deals & system processes that create customer allowances & attributes.The AR Senior Financial Analyst serves as a cross country & cross teams process champion in Accounts Receivable Area, being a first point of contact for most unusual or difficult cases both for internal resources and the Business.Key ResponsibilitiesVarious complex AR Activities: Customers' contract book management (Verification &Loading), Customer Allowances, Accrual Adjustments, Billing, Cash Application Management, Deduction Management, Invoice Corrections, ReportingLeading mid-size projects & supports finance initiatives within the business function, acting as RCA champion in the team - taking the initiative in identifying the needs for RCA as well as promoting RCA approach within the teamFirst point of contact for Auditors (scope review, requests management) and performing internal process auditsOrganizing and coordinating regular meetings with the Business, regular folllow-ups with stakeholders.QualificationsBachelor's Degree requiredAt least 4 years of experience in similar positions in area of FinanceVery Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, Power Point, Word)Proficiency in SAP, EDW, BWAbility to synthesize complex financial information and present logical recommendationsAbility to use various techniques of financial analysisStrong interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence without formal authority at all levels of managementAbility to coordinate the team members and processes without formal authoritySelf-driven and self-motivated individual with demonstrated ability to work independently & with very high level of autonomyAbility to work under time and responsibility pressure to deliver desired resultsHigh accountability for own actions as well as ability to hold others accountableDemonstrates strong initiative to drive improvement effortsExcellent teamwork skillsExcellent communication & presentation skillsExcellent analytical skills, ability to apply good judgment and solve complex problems#LI-CG1McCormick & Company is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
