Don't worry if you have no prior sales experience, we will train you and set you up for success.Your contributions today will create a brighter future tomorrow!Responsibilities and Job DutiesParticipate in weekly sales meeting with our CEO to review sales strategies and pipeline activityReport all significant activity in the region to the Regional Sales Directors in a timely and accurate mannerAttend and participate in required trade shows, seminars and open housesSchedule introduction meetingsEngage the end-customer to develop a relationship and understand their needsEquipment demonstrationsBecome familiar with the industry landscapeIdentify and create new qualified opportunities with Regional Sales DirectorsAssist in targeted cold callingCreate warm lead calling strategiesSupport in the creation of sales support documentationParticipate in account researchDraft quote sheets for Sales DirectorsQualifications and SkillsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent education2 years of sales experience (medical industry a plus)Must be a self-starter, self-motivated, have good business acumen and self-disciplineMust display enthusiasm, perseverance, reliability, ethical standards, and strong selling skillsWillingness to travelStrong verbal and written communication skillsDetail orientedStrong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlinesProven ability to work independently and in team environmentsDesire to learn and interest in breaking into the Medical Sales industryEnjoy interacting with new peopleLocal to the DC or the surrounding areasAbout HatchMedOur customers value patient care, and we value our customers.
